Ben built his career in operations and organizational management, most recently as Director of Operations for a behavioral healthcare law firm. Before that, he was Executive Director of Caron Florida, part of the Caron Treatment Centers network, where he expanded the continuum of care, launched Caron's first mental health PHP program, and helped open The Keele Center, a 100,000-square-foot, 40-bed facility offering detox, residential treatment, PHP, IOP, and neurocognitive care. His background spans sales, operations, HR, and financial modeling. Ben holds an MBA from Bellevue University and a BA in communications and economics from Roger Williams University.

Dr. Adams brings 20 years of clinical and executive leadership in mental health and substance use treatment. A licensed psychotherapist in multiple states, he specializes in PTSD, depression, anxiety, and family concerns, with a focus on grief, loss, and bereavement as a Certified Grief Counselor. His trauma-informed, family-focused approach draws on deep experience working with executives, professionals, and high-performing individuals and families. Dr. Adams holds a Master of Social Work, an MBA, and a Doctor of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, and has presented his doctoral research in London, Toronto, and Dubai.

Wendy has worked in St. Croix's recovery and wellness community since 2006, after leading community outreach in the Northern Virginia/DC area starting in 2000. She built out Prospect Hill's senior, youth, and family wellness programs and community health events, and focuses on lifestyle tools that support mental health and lasting recovery. Off the clock, she's an actor and board member with the Caribbean Community Theatre and a regular with the St. Croix Firewalkers.
